That awaits you
  • Recording and reporting of customer complaints and product returns
  • Documentation of the findings in the CAQ system
  • Processing the return of goods to the customer
  • (Error) diagnosis and reporting of customer returns including extensive analyses
  • Reporting to internal and external interfaces (including sales and customers)
  • Representation of company interests towards the customer
  • Active collaboration in the sense of general and continuous quality improvement
Your skills
  • Completed technical training or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in the described area of responsibility of a manufacturing company
  • Ideally, knowledge of complaints management, sampling of returned goods and the creation of analysis reports
  • Knowledge and experience in quality and process management
  • Further education/training as a quality assistant would be an advantage
  • Result-oriented, structured and analytical approach paired with
  • A sense of responsibility and an eye for what is important
  • Good teamwork and communication skills combined with organizational skills, initiative and economic thinking/action
  • Confident use of an ERP system as well as in the use of a CAQ system and good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
