- Recording and reporting of customer complaints and product returns
- Documentation of the findings in the CAQ system
- Processing the return of goods to the customer
- (Error) diagnosis and reporting of customer returns including extensive analyses
- Reporting to internal and external interfaces (including sales and customers)
- Representation of company interests towards the customer
- Active collaboration in the sense of general and continuous quality improvement
Your skills
- Completed technical training or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the described area of responsibility of a manufacturing company
- Ideally, knowledge of complaints management, sampling of returned goods and the creation of analysis reports
- Knowledge and experience in quality and process management
- Further education/training as a quality assistant would be an advantage
- Result-oriented, structured and analytical approach paired with
- A sense of responsibility and an eye for what is important
- Good teamwork and communication skills combined with organizational skills, initiative and economic thinking/action
- Confident use of an ERP system as well as in the use of a CAQ system and good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
