ledxon opens the “synergy center” at its Duesseldorf location

17. December 2020

More than just a branch

is the Synergy Center, which was inaugurated on 01.12.2020 in Duesseldorf’s Medienhafen. Rather, business customers, partners, associations, students and employees come together to experience “The Synergy of Retail Lighting”. Product presentations, symposia, workshops and lighting events are held on the premises of the Gehry buildings. This makes the synergy center the creative think tank for all those who are professionally involved with lighting concepts and want to rediscover and reinvent light on the pulse of time.

The new Zollhof has become a landmark in Duesseldorf

this is mainly due to the ensemble of buildings designed by the famous contemporary architect Frank Gehry, in which ledxon’s new premises are also located. Like the American Gehry, who has regarded light as a central theme of his buildings since the 1980s, ledxon has also been developing and researching lighting and LED products for over 30 years and has thus advanced to become an expert in lighting at the point of sale. The aura of Frank Gehry and the creative environment in the Medienhafen are thus tailor-made for ledxon’s work and products.

Only a silent launch was planned for the 01st of December

due to the contact restrictions imposed by Covid-19, a large opening ceremony with many customers and guests unfortunately had to be cancelled. Large events are also only possible to a very limited extent for the time being. Nevertheless, interested parties can register for future visits. In addition, a virtual tour is planned. “Nevertheless, we are optimistic about the future and hope that we will soon be able to hold the planned events,” says ledxon Managing Director Benjamin Garufo.
