- Entry of orders from European and national customers
- Creation of export-related documents
- Coordination of production and shipping dates
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery reliability
- Obtaining freight costs and commissioning freight forwarders
- Communication interface between customers, internal departments and freight forwarders
- Ensuring a smooth process
Your skills
- Completed commercial training in the field of wholesale and foreign trade, industry, forwarding or similar
- Knowledge of export regulations would be an advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written English, another foreign language advantageous
- Structured and communicative personality
- Service-oriented way of working
