- Customer Relationship Management
You manage our key accounts personally, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Sales and Revenue Responsibility
You identify business opportunities, drive sales initiatives, and are responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strategic Account Planning
You create individual account plans, prioritize activities, and implement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and open new business areas.
- Market and Competitor Analysis
You monitor the market, analyze trends and competitors, and derive strategic recommendations to secure and expand our market position.
- Internal Team Coordination
You work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to ensure that customer needs are met optimally.
- Company Representation
You represent our company professionally and convincingly at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Professional Experience
Several years of experience in Key Account Management or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills
Strong negotiation abilities and a consistent record of closing deals successfully.
- Communication & Presentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Flexibility & Mobility
Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Education
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
