Your responsibilities include
  • We are building a new, dynamic sales team at our headquarters in Poland.
    To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible – a strategic and motivated leader who drives our company’s success with passion and vision
  • Strategy Development
    You develop and implement sustainable business and sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and take targeted actions to drive the growth of our company.
  • Sales Leadership
    As a driving force in sales, you are responsible for increasing revenue, expanding market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets – always with a clear focus on success and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
    With your enthusiasm for lighting solutions, you attract new customers and maintain long-term partnerships. You serve as a trusted point of contact and impress through your expertise and service-oriented approach.
  • Market Analysis
    You monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior and competitor activities, and derive actionable recommendations to continuously strengthen our market position.
  • Team Leadership
    As an inspiring leader, you build a high-performing sales team, nurture talent, and create a motivating work environment where success comes naturally.
  • Representation
    You represent our company professionally and passionately – at trade shows, industry events, and with business partners – proudly showcasing our brand to the world.

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills
    You have a keen sense for customer needs and know how to conduct sales conversations convincingly. With your passion for sales, you successfully close deals and create lasting customer satisfaction.

  • Education or Training
    A degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with solid sales experience provides the foundation for your success in this role.
